Our company was co-founded in 1985, as Chateaus by Delagrange, by Louis Delagrange and Lynn Delagrange. The company’s name was changed to Lynn Delagrange, Inc. in 2000 when Louis retired from his position with the company. In 2022 we were blessed to bring on Rhett Eicher as part-owner of the company. Rhett’s considerable experience in the industry allows us to access his considerable knowledge of commercial construction and residential building as well.
Our company can design and build homes for individuals and businesses in a wide range of styles as well as prices. We anticipate that in a typical year our company will build 15 single family residences, complete several remodeling / addition projects, and construct one or two light commercial projects. This amount of volume allows us to provide you with the personal service that we feel is necessary for the successful completion of your project. We will build from plans and specifications that you may have had others complete or we can assist you in designing a home or building that is planned with your needs and wants specifically in mind. We have a large selection of previously built plans that may be of some assistance as a basis for the design of your new home.
